You bought it, I install it. $100/Hour
This is the program for people who know exactly what they want and have already
purchased everything for the job and need but just need someone to provide the
labor for them. Charged hourly with no material delivery. disposal, or clean up
included. If any materials are found to be missing for the job, time will continue to
be charged while waiting for customer to get correct parts or while technician
makes a parts run. Please verify you have all the materials needed prior to job
start. This is the hourly charge after the first hour which is covered by the
service call fee
Time and Materials $75/Hour
This is the program for the customer who has a small job that needs to be done but
doesn't need a full bid. We provide the labor and all materials are billed in addition
to this labor charge. Materials will have an upcharge added to them for handling,
delivery, and administrative fees. 1 hour will be charged for obtaining materials
locally. For obtaining materials from more than 5 miles from the dispatch center,
additional time plus mileage will be added to the final bill. If additional trips to the
supply house are required due to failure of technician to obtain materials, there will
be no additional charge for that trip. If additional trips to the supplier are needed
due to a change order or a change in the scope of the work, time and mileage will be
charged. Permits are extra unless obtained by the property owner.
Design and Price
This is the program that is used for larger jobs where the customer has a vision and
wants us to help bring it to life, a larger project, or has multiple smaller jobs that
they want combined into one project. This job will be bid to a price that will include
all labor, materials, and disposal to be done during a specified time frame. Once
agreed upon, this price can only be changed with a mutually agreed upon change
order. No work outside the scope of agreed upon work will be provided without a
signed change order. Jobs of this size and scope may require building permits.
Please check and see if your local requires permits for your job size and scope. If
any type of permit or legal document is required to perform the requested service,
the cost will be passed on to the client with administrative fees attached.
